Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program rewards you with real money for bringing businesses onto 12sell. It's built directly on top of the Referral program: you keep your existing referral code and the same invite flow, and on top of the referral tokens you already earn, you also earn cash when your invitees qualify and when they make their first purchase.

It's an opt-in program you join and manage on the web app — but your invites count no matter where the person signs up (web, iOS, or Android).

Affiliate vs. Referrals

You don't choose one or the other — becoming an affiliate adds the cash layer on top of referrals. Every qualified invite still earns your referral tokens, and now also earns money.

So once you're an affiliate, a single qualified invite can pay you tokens and cash at the same time.

What you earn

As an affiliate you earn in two ways:

• A signup bounty — a fixed cash amount for every invitee who qualifies (becomes an active 12sell user).
• A share of their first purchase — a percentage of your invitee's first token purchase.

How to become an affiliate

Joining takes one click and uses your existing 12sell account — there's no separate signup.

1. Open Settings → Earn from 12Sell, and tap the Affiliate Program card (it's the green "Earn real cash" card). Or go straight to web.12sell.app/affiliate.
2. Read the short overview and tap Become an affiliate.
3. You're approved instantly and dropped into your affiliate dashboard.

Your affiliate link

Your affiliate link reuses your existing referral code — there's nothing new to set up. Share the link or the code anywhere; anyone who signs up with it is attributed to you.

• Copy your link or code from the dashboard and paste it into WhatsApp, email, or a post.
• A shared link carries your code automatically (?ref=YOURCODE), so it's pre-filled when the new user signs up.
• People can also type your code into the Referral code field on the Sign Up screen.

How earnings work

Affiliate earnings follow your invitee's journey:

1. They sign up with your link or code → they're attributed to you. (No reward yet.)
2. They qualify — once 12sell confirms they're a genuine, active business (a real user who actually uses the platform, not a throwaway account), your signup bounty is created. This works the same way as referrals.
3. They make their first purchase — when they buy tokens for the first time, your first-purchase commission is created.

Each commission moves through these stages:

• Pending — earned, waiting to be reviewed.
• Approved — cleared and counted toward your withdrawable balance.
• Paid — included in a payout that's been sent.
• Reversed — cancelled (for example, if your invitee's purchase was refunded).

Getting paid

Payouts are manual — you tell us how to pay you, request a payout when you've earned enough, and the 12sell team sends it.

1. In your dashboard, open Payout details and pick how you'd like to be paid:
   • PayPal
   • Stripe
   • Wise / Payoneer
   • Bank transfer
2. Fill in the fields for that method and save.
3. Once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout, tap Request payout.
4. The 12sell team reviews the request and sends the money. The payout shows as Requested → Processing → Paid in your history.

Your dashboard

The affiliate dashboard is your control center. It shows:

• Performance — total people invited, how many qualified, and your conversion rate.
• Balances — pending, approved (withdrawable), and total paid.
• Commissions — every bounty and first-purchase commission, with its status.
• Payouts — the history and status of every payout you've requested.
• Live rates — the current bounty, first-purchase percentage, and minimum payout.

Rules

Because this involves real money, the program has clear rules:

• You accept the affiliate terms when you join.
• Self-referrals don't count — you can't earn from your own signups, and the system blocks them.
• First purchase only — the purchase commission applies to a referred user's first token purchase, not every purchase.
• Refunds reverse commissions — if an invitee's purchase is refunded, the matching commission is reversed.
• Fraud is not tolerated — fake accounts, throwaway numbers, or self-dealing lead to reversed commissions, withheld payouts, and possible suspension.

Common questions

Do I still earn referral tokens as an affiliate?

Yes. The affiliate program is additive. You keep earning your referral tokens exactly as before — the cash bounty and first-purchase commission are on top.

Do I need a new link or code?

No. Your affiliate link reuses your existing referral code. Anything you've already shared keeps working.

Does it work if my invitee signs up on the iOS or Android app?

Yes. Attribution works across web, iOS, and Android — wherever your invitee signs up with your code, it counts. Only the affiliate dashboard and payouts are managed on the web.

When do I actually get paid?

When you request a payout after reaching the minimum, and the 12sell team sends it. Payouts are reviewed manually, so they aren't instant like referral tokens.

What happens if my invitee gets a refund?

The first-purchase commission tied to that purchase is reversed and removed from your balance. If it had already been paid out, it's flagged for adjustment.

Can I be an affiliate and still just use referrals?

You already are — referrals work for everyone automatically. Becoming an affiliate simply unlocks the cash layer; you lose nothing by joining.
